Health Systems Research

One of DANLEP's important areas of activity has been research, so that programme activities can be focused to meet the people's needs and IEC activities made more relevant. By learning more about the health seeking behaviour of leprosy patients, and about their knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding the disease, DANLEP hopes to make service delivery more people-friendly and enhance the utilization of services.
